1. Tepung terigu protein tinggi (450 gr) + tepung terigu protein sedang (100 gr) + gula pasir (125 gr)+ ragi (20 gr) + emulsifier (3 gr)

4. Air es (kira-kira 75 ml)
Cara Membuatnya...
1. Aduk bahan kering selama 1 menit
2. Masukkan campuran telur dan susu cair lalu air es
3. Masukkan campuran margarin-mentega dan garam
4. Aduk hingga rata dan kalis. Kalau pakai alat sekitar 25 menit. Kalau manual, aduk sampai kalis lalu banting-banting adonan selama 45 menit (pegel euy).

6. Potong adonan kira-kira 60 gr lalu bulat-bulatkan, fermentasikan lagi 15 menit.
